Fried rice is probably the most common thing in a Chinese restaurant, it is probably one of the simplest and most frequently made Chinese dish and it is what I am going to make today.
Ingredients: (1-2 servings)
- grounded pork or chicken or beef ( 1/3 pound )
- cooked white rice(2 cups)
- egg ( 1-2 )
- soy sauce ( 1 teaspoon and 1 tablespoon )
- oil ( 1 tablespoon )
- salt ( 1 teaspoon )
- pepper
- ginger ( 1/2 teaspoon )
- garlic( 1/2 teaspoon )
- a pan
- a bowl
Steps:
- turn the stove on medium to high, pour the oil into the pan
- add ginger and garlic
- add pork and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and stir it really well till cooked all the way
- add rice, stir evenly
- get the rice and the pork out, put it in the bowl
- break the egg(s) and stir it till cooked
- add rice and pork back into the pan, stir evenly
- add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, salt and pepper
- serve and enjoy!
