Fried Rice

Fried rice is probably the most common thing in a Chinese restaurant, it is probably one of the simplest and most frequently made Chinese dish and it is what I am going to make today.IMG_6804

Ingredients: (1-2 servings)

  • grounded pork or chicken or beef ( 1/3 pound )
  • cooked white rice(2 cups)IMG_6797
  • egg ( 1-2 )
  • soy sauce ( 1 teaspoon and 1 tablespoon )
  • oil ( 1 tablespoon )
  • salt ( 1 teaspoon )
  • pepper
  • ginger ( 1/2 teaspoon )
  • garlic( 1/2 teaspoon )
  • a pan
  • a bowl

Steps:

  1. turn the stove on medium to high, pour the oil into the pan
  2. add ginger and garlic
  3. add pork and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and stir it really well till cooked all the way
  4. add rice, stir evenly
  5. get the rice and the pork out, put it in the bowl
  6. break the egg(s) and stir it till cooked
  7. add rice and pork back into the pan, stir evenly
  8. add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, salt and pepperIMG_6802
